Lenora Lakely (1965-1980), achieved some accolades in her short life because of her accomplishments to the fields of mathematics and science. The public at large, however, was not interested in her legacy until a librarian uncovered a biography of Lenora which included a set of images that were determined to be tarot card designs.

The tarot deck, Child's Play, gained immediate popularity, with thousands selling yearly ever since. As a result of the deck's prominence in popular culture, the public became curious about the life of Lenora (generating a cult following called "The Lakelies").

This website is a place where we can share her legacy of learning and curiosity.
